Chapter 4 · Who we are
A software training company since 1987, Zoho-only since 2011, and the authors of more than 15 books on CRM and related software.
After more than 20 years working with other CRMs, and more than 15 books written and published on the topic, we found Zoho CRM. We were so impressed with what Zoho could do that we stopped supporting every other CRM and focused on the Zoho suite alone. Then we found there was no place to get answers: we spent hours in online help, nights and weekends in YouTube videos, trying to learn not only how to do something but why to click this option or that one.
We tested each and every feature, not only in Zoho CRM but in the other Zoho apps too. Zoho isn’t hard to learn, but with so many features and options in each product, it can be overwhelming to decide what is best for your company.
A ton of work, lots of testing and in-depth study later, we are Zoho ONE certified and a Zoho Advanced Solutions Provider, recognized for broad, in-depth knowledge of the Zoho product lines. Zoho also named Susan an MVP: the award for a partner who shares their knowledge, builds participation in the community, and champions Zoho.
Everything we learned — the difference between where we started and where we are now — went into the Zoho CRM QuickStudy Guide: the only book focused exclusively on Zoho CRM, with sections for everyday users and for administrators. Then came the Zoho ONE QuickStudy Guide, covering the apps across the Zoho ONE suite.
Because when you hire us, we already know the answer to your question — we don’t have to research it. Clients hire us because we understand the business behind what they’re asking for, and because we’re good and we’re fast.
Some people don’t like to “read the book.” No problem. Between researching and updating the guides and working with clients of every size and industry, we know how to do whatever you want to do — or whether it’s possible at all.
