We offer Zoho ONE training — CRM, Desk, Books, Projects and almost every other Zoho ONE app — for your end users as well as your administrators, to help your team get the most from Zoho.
What happens before training?
A pre-training shared-screen session with someone from your management team, where we:
- review your current Zoho setup and decide which elements to focus on,
- determine which modules you use and which you won’t, and
- understand which fields are important to your company and which are discretionary.
Part of the success of end-user adoption is ensuring that your team knows how to use Zoho, and not just the keystrokes.
Most people can figure out the keystrokes on their own. We teach the why of the options — plus the tips and tricks that get the most out of Zoho with the least effort.
How long are the sessions?
End-user sessions run online and usually last 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on experience (adult learners find it hard to focus on technical topics for longer). We focus on your firm’s objectives: why filling out “Field A” matters, and how it’s used to segment a list or build a report. If your team are road warriors, we cover the mobile apps too.
What happens afterwards?
Follow-up Zoho Tips emails remind users what they learned and what to try next. Optional follow-up training, usually about two weeks later, clears up anything that didn’t stick. The training process usually costs between $370 and $550 for the company, regardless of the number of attendees.
Every trainee can have our free double-sided reference cards, and you can get copies of the guides to reinforce what they learned.
