Is Zoho hard to set up?
Not if it’s set up once, correctly.
It’s actually pretty easy to get started. Start with the free version to see what you think: it allows up to three users, forever, though the feature set is limited (no email integration, custom fields, custom reports or workflows). If you need more users or more capability, upgrading is easy and quick.
What do I get with the paid version?
With the paid version you can start customizing Zoho to your company. The customization isn’t hard — it’s not rocket science — and Zoho gives you lots of options for how to set it up. You can watch YouTube videos or read our book, and plenty of people do.
At some point, it is not about the technical steps, but about best business practices. And that is where we excel.
